1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ISO Metrik Dental Labs concerning your use of our website, account systems, online store, provider services, print-order tools, and related services.

By accessing the site, creating an account, registering a provider or clinic, placing an order, uploading an authorized print file, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or enter into a purchase agreement with us. An adult account holder may place an eligible order for a minor where appropriate.

If you create a Provider / Clinic account on behalf of a dental practice, company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted business information and to act for that entity in connection with the services you use.

3. Customer and Provider Accounts Are Separate

General Public customer accounts and Provider / Clinic accounts are separate systems with different registration requirements, permissions, approval rules, dashboards, and functionality.

  • Customer accounts are intended for eligible consumer purchases, WooCommerce orders, addresses, profile management, order tracking, and customer support.
  • Provider / Clinic accounts are intended for dental professionals and clinic staff, professional/clinic profiles, provider tools, approved-provider print orders, and related business services.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Provider Registration and Administrative Approval

Provider accounts may require email verification and administrative review before provider-level access is granted. We may approve, reject, suspend, or return a provider registration to pending review based on account information, verification status, business requirements, security considerations, or compliance with these Terms.

Approval of a Provider / Clinic account is permission to access designated provider features; it is not an endorsement, credentialing determination, professional license verification, clinical recommendation, or representation regarding the provider's competence.

5. Products and Custom Dental Appliances

Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, and estimated timelines may change. We make reasonable efforts to present information accurately but do not guarantee that every image, color, measurement, price, or description will be error-free.

Many ISO Metrik products are custom-made based on impressions, scans, selections, or information supplied for the order. Custom fabrication may begin after required information is received and accepted.

Product suitability varies by individual circumstances. If you have pain, active dental disease, significant dental changes, recent dental treatment, uncertainty about fit, or other oral-health concerns, consult an appropriate licensed dental professional before using a dental appliance.

6. Impressions, Scans, Measurements, and Order Information

You are responsible for following the provided instructions and supplying complete, accurate, usable impressions, scans, selections, photographs when requested, and order information. An incomplete, distorted, damaged, inaccurate, or technically unusable submission may delay the order or require a retake or resubmission.

We may review submitted materials for technical acceptability and may request additional information before fabrication or fulfillment.

7. Provider Print Portal

Approved providers may have access to private print-order functionality for supported file types, materials, quantities, quotations, and manufacturing requests. File-size limits, supported formats, material availability, quoting methods, production capacity, and pricing may change.

Quoted prices may be based on file geometry, estimated material volume, quantity, material rates, setup/labor charges, or an administrator-defined pricing method. A quote is not a guarantee that a file is printable or that an order will be accepted. We may reject or request correction of a file that is corrupted, unsafe, technically incompatible, incomplete, prohibited, or unsuitable for production.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and authorize production from any file you submit.

8. No Patient Health Information / PHI

Do not submit PHI. The registration and provider print-order systems are not intended for patient names, patient IDs, diagnoses, treatment records, patient photographs, clinical notes, or other patient-identifying health information.

Provider submissions, filenames, metadata, and files must be de-identified before upload. You are responsible for removing patient identifiers and for confirming that a submission is appropriate for this business/manufacturing workflow.

References to a “secure provider workflow” describe the access and security features of the business/manufacturing portal and do not authorize the submission of PHI. Unless ISO Metrik expressly provides a separate documented PHI-enabled workflow, all provider submissions through this portal must remain de-identified.

We may reject, quarantine, or delete submissions that appear to contain prohibited patient-identifying information, malicious content, or other material that violates these Terms.

9. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, materials, fees, shipping charges, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, place on hold, or request additional information concerning an order, including because of availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, technical problems, suspected fraud, unusable submissions, or legal/compliance concerns.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway. You authorize the applicable charges when you submit or confirm an order.

10. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Remakes, and Fit Issues

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of impression or scan quality, production, carrier service, weather, inventory, address problems, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because many products are custom-fabricated, return, remake, replacement, cancellation, and fit-guarantee eligibility may differ from ordinary retail merchandise. The specific Shipping & Returns, fit-guarantee, remake, and order-specific terms displayed on the site, at checkout, or with the applicable product are incorporated into these Terms.

For customer appliance fit claims, the published 30-Day Fit Guarantee controls the guarantee eligibility, remedy, impression, dental-change, shipping, and exclusion terms. For shipping or return assistance, visit the Shipping & Returns information or contact support.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site or services to:

  • Violate law, regulation, professional obligations, third-party rights, or these Terms.
  • Submit false registration information, impersonate another person/entity, or misrepresent professional credentials or authority.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, unlawful content, unauthorized intellectual property, patient-identifying PHI, or files intended to compromise systems.
  • Attempt to bypass account restrictions, provider approval, access controls, security measures, rate limits, or private-file protections.
  • Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or services except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
  • Use another person's account without authorization.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, logos, layouts, text, graphics, software, photographs, product presentations, documentation, and other ISO Metrik content are owned by or licensed to ISO Metrik Dental Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of original files and materials you lawfully submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to receive, inspect, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, store, transmit to authorized service providers, and use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, administer the order, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment processing, shipping, email delivery, analytics, mapping, hosting, or social platforms. We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

14. Website Content Is Not Medical or Dental Advice

General website content, product information, FAQs, educational materials, account tools, and customer-service communications are provided for informational and commercial-service purposes and are not a substitute for individualized diagnosis, treatment, or professional dental care.

Nothing on the site creates a dentist-patient, doctor-patient, or other licensed clinical relationship between you and ISO Metrik Dental Labs merely because you visit the site, create an account, purchase a product, or use a provider business tool.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every uploaded file will be printable, or that every product or service will be appropriate for every individual or professional use case.

Any warranties expressly provided with a particular product or order remain subject to their stated terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISO Metrik Dental Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or business interruption arising from use of the site or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate direct liability arising from a particular paid product or order will not exceed the amount you paid to ISO Metrik Dental Labs for the affected product or order. These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits limitation or exclusion of liability.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, unauthorized submission of third-party intellectual property, false professional/clinic information, or submission of prohibited patient-identifying information, except to the extent caused by ISO Metrik Dental Labs' own unlawful conduct.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, misuse, nonpayment, prohibited content, provider-status issues, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and record-retention rights—may survive termination where appropriate.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a legal claim, you and ISO Metrik Dental Labs agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and describing the issue and requested resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, venue and jurisdiction will lie in an appropriate state or federal court in Georgia, subject to any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

20. General Terms

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-, checkout-, shipping-, return-, provider-, or order-specific terms presented to you constitute the applicable agreement for your use of the relevant services.
