Materials

Made from premium clear thermoformed dental-appliance material selected for optical clarity, fit, and routine retention. Contact us for current material specifications if you have a material sensitivity or provider requirement.

How It Fits

Fabricated from an approved impression or eligible digital model. The finished retainer should seat completely over the teeth with a secure, even feel. Any sharp area, incomplete seating, or excessive pressure should be reported for review.

Turnaround

Fabrication starts after the impression or eligible digital model is approved. Order complexity, impression quality, and shipping location can affect timing; shipment tracking is provided when the appliance leaves the lab.

Care

• ✓Rinse after wear and use a soft brush with mild soap for routine cleaning.
• ✓Keep away from boiling or very hot water and other heat sources.
• ✓Store dry in the protective case when not in use.
• ✓Replace the retainer if damage, distortion, or a material change in fit develops.

Shipping

Your order workflow may include shipment of an at-home impression kit, return of an approved impression using the supplied return method, and shipment of the finished custom appliance. Tracking is provided when available.
